Return window and eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items that are unused, unopened and in the original packaging are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Items that have been opened, swatched, tested or physically touched are considered used and are eligible for exchange only; used items cannot be refunded for hygiene and resale reasons.
How to start a return or exchange
- Arrange and pay for return shipping; customers are responsible for return postage unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Processing and refunds
Once we receive your return we will inspect the items. Refunds to the original payment method are issued for eligible, unused returns and are processed within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges and final-sale items
Exchanges are available for items that have been used or opened and for customers who prefer a different shade or product. Limited-edition, final-sale or marked-down items may be excluded from refunds; such exclusions will be noted at the point of sale. If an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos so we can resolve the matter.
